Decisions of the CTTT which are supported by written reasons can be viewed at the AustLII website.

Handy tips for searching CTTT decisions from the AustLII site:

• You can search for decisions by any of the CTTT's nine divisions.
• Click on "Name Search" at the left of the page.  Do not choose the "Database search" option. 
• Select in the Find box "this phrase".  Then type in the division name, for example, type "home building division" in the search box.

Decisions made by the former Residential Tribunal can be viewed at the AustLII website.
