Orders

Tribunal Member reading out orders at end of hearingAn order is a legally enforceable direction of the CTTT.  Orders may be made for the payment of money, for a party to carry out the terms of the contract, or to stop doing something.

A Tribunal Member will generally determine the matter on the day of the hearing, make orders and give brief reasons for the decision. 

CTTT orders are final and binding subject to a limited right of rehearing or appeal.
