Orders

An order is an instruction from the CTTT which requires some type of action, such as the payment of money or for something to be done or provided, both within a specified period of time.  CTTT orders are legally enforceable.

In most cases, the Tribunal Member will make a decision after hearing the parties' evidence.  Once the Tribunal Member has made a decision, they will make an order regarding the dispute.  The order is then typed and issued to all parties.
