CTTT – stands for 'Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal'. The CTTT is a place which helps people sort out their dispute.
Conciliation – a meeting with the other person to try to work out your own agreement before the hearing.
Evidence – something given to the CTTT to prove or disprove a point.
Hearing – where evidence is heard from all people involved in the matter and a decision is made.
Orders – a legally binding CTTT decision. It requires a person or business to do something like pay money or replace something.
Notice of hearing – a letter sent by the CTTT telling the people where and when the hearing will happen.
Tribunal Member – the person who will make a decision about the problem.
