Accessible services
The CTTT aims to ensure that people with a disability receive the necessary assistance to have equal access to our dispute resolution services.
If you have a disability-related need, contact the CTTT Registry on 1300 135 399 and ask to speak to a Deputy Registrar. They will discuss how your individual requirements can best be met, and arrange for the necessary arrangements to meet your needs.
Applicants can either indicate their special needs on the application form, or contact their local Deputy Registrar directly.
Respondents and other parties should contact their local Deputy Registrar as soon as possible after receiving the Notice of Hearing.
Mobility
Most CTTT hearing venues and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Disabled parking may also be available.
Flexible hearing options are also available such as transferring proceedings to an accessible hearing room or hearing by telephone.
To ensure you have full mobility during your visit to the CTTT, contact the CTTT Registry for details about your hearing venue or call 1300 135 399 and ask to speak to a Deputy Registrar.
