Note:
General division: The maximum claim in the General Division is $30,000
Motor Vehicles division: The maximum claim in the Motor Vehicle Division is $30,000 except when the dispute relates to the supply of a new private motor vehicle.
Commercial division: No fee is payable for an application under:
(a) s74, s115 or s116 of the Credit Act 1984; or
(b) s68 or s88 of the Consumer Credit (NSW) Code; or
(c) s5 or s6 of the Credit (Home Finance Contracts) Act 1984.
