Note:

General Division:  The maximum claim in the General Division is $30,000

Motor Vehicles Division:  The maximum claim in the Motor Vehicle Division is $30,000 except when the dispute relates to the supply of a new private motor vehicle.

Pensioners and students:  Find out if you are eligible for a pensioner and student concession.
