The Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2005 was automatically repealed on 1 September 2010 and has been replaced by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2010.

The Regulation includes administrative procedures for owners corporations relating to record keeping, insurance, accounts, and a range of other matters.  The Regulation also sets the fees payable to owners corporations for searches of records and includes model by-laws for various kinds of strata schemes.
