New information and request form for sound recording and transcripts

Under the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Act 2001 the CTTT is required to sound record all proceedings as far as possible. Sound recording provides an accurate record of CTTT hearings.
New information about sound recording and transcripts of CTTT proceedings is now available, with details of how the CTTT sound records its proceedings, and how to request a copy of a sound recording or transcript, and associated costs.
A new request form has also been developed for parties who want to purchase a copy of the sound recording or transcript of their proceedings.
