New Chairperson's Direction for online lodgement

A new Chairperson's Direction about the online lodgement of CTTT applications takes effect from 23 August 2010.
The Direction sets out the policy and procedure to apply where a party want to lodge their application electronically pursuant to Part 7A of the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Regulation 2009.
