The CTTT's Annual Report for 2009-2010 was tabled by NSW Parliament on 30 November 2010 and is now available for download.
The annual report summarises the CTTT's performance activities and the outcomes achieved during 2009-2010.

Highlights of the year:
- Helped almost 60,000 people resolve their dispute
- Held almost 75,000 hearings in 70 venues throughout NSW
- Enhanced CTTT InCourt system enabling parties to receive orders directly after their hearing
- Launch of Aboriginal DVD ‘Getting a fair go’
- Participated in over 50 community education and information events.
