Over the Christmas/New Year's holiday period, the CTTT will have the following hearing arrangements in place:

• Last hearing day for 2009 will be 18 December 2009
• No hearings from 21 December 2009 to 8 January 2010
• Hearings recommence on 11 January 2010.

Hurstville, Parramatta and Penrith Registries will close on 23 December 2009 and reopen on 4 January 2010.  Telephone calls and mail to these Registries during this period will be automatically redirected to Sydney Registry.

All other CTTT Registry offices will remain open on all business days during the holiday period.
