Liquidator appointed

On 21 December 2011 NSW Fair Trading was advised that Scullery & Holz Interiors Pty Ltd has been placed into liquidation on 16 December 2011.

The Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) has a small number of current matters that involve Scullery & Holz Interiors Pty Ltd.  All current matters that are before the CTTT may only proceed with the leave of the Supreme Court of NSW, and are subject to such conditions as that Court may impose.

Your questions answered

What will happen with my CTTT application against Scullery & Holz Interiors Pty Ltd ? 
Consumers who have already lodged applications with the CTTT have been sent a letter by the Registry informing them of the current situation.  Provisions in the Corporations Act 2001 (sections 471B, 500 or 440D) mean these applications may not only proceed with the leave of the Supreme Court of NSW, and subject to such conditions as that Court may impose.

I have not lodged a CTTT application, but am thinking about it - what can I do?
