The Guide provides a step-by-step overview of what happens at the CTTT. Topics covered include:
- What is the CTTT?
- How to apply
- What to do if you are the respondent
- How to prepare for a hearing
- Participating in conciliation
- What to expect in the hearing room
- Where to get help.
Each section of the Guide has a companion short 2-minute 'YouTube' video clip. The videos are available in English with captions and are also translated into 5 community languages - Arabic, Mandarin, Farsi, Dinka and Swahili. View the full list of the A Guide to the CTTT videos.
The uploading of these videos to YouTube also represents the CTTT's first foray into social media. Visit the official NSWCTTT YouTube channel.
The Guide is also available for download as a booklet in PDF format. Download the A Guide to the CTTT booklet (PDF size 757kb).
