The CTTT regularly collects data to help manage its case workload and to monitor operational performance against our customer service standards. 

Key facts and statistics for the 2010-2011 financial year:

Applications

58,808 applications lodged

  • 1% decrease from 2009-2010
  • 48% of all applications lodged online

 

Hearings

72,836 hearings conducted

  • 77% of applications listed for first hearing within the divisional listing standard 
  • Over 70 hearing venues across NSW used for Tribunal hearings 

Finalisations

59,956 matters finalised

  • 74% of matters finalised prior to or at first hearing

Orders

88,339 orders made

  • 92% of orders issued within 2 days of hearing

Community education

  • 67 community and information education events held
  • 22 consultative forums held for stakeholder groups

Website

417,800 visits to CTTT website

  • 28% increase in visitors compared to 2009-2010

The CTTT regularly receives requests for statistical information and data not available from the CTTT website from government agencies, academic research facilities, media and other sources.
